Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ORB™ tags and labels are still attached and intact.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
